A company is looking for a Customer Technical Enablement & Learning Specialist. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging live checkpoint sessions and support trainees in application development Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing best-practice guidance Collaborate with the Academy team to create and maintain effective learning content Required Qualifications 2+ years in a technical training, application development, or customer support role Strong understanding of core programming concepts such as variables, conditional logic, and error handling Ability to analyze and explain application logic and system behavior Experience in teaching or mentoring adult learners in technical topics is a plus Familiarity with conversational AI, CTI technologies, and scripting languages is advantageous
