Key Responsibilities Directly manage Project Managers and Grants' team Manager and Coordinator Establish and maintain consistent standards for project and grant management Oversee grant compliance, reporting deadlines, and documentation standards Required Qualifications Experience leading project management, with grant management experience as a plus Strong understanding of best practices in project management in complex environments Experience with grant compliance, reporting, and funder expectations Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively Experience in relationship-building and collaboration across diverse teams
