A company is looking for a Team Lead, Professional Services (Data Migration). Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of data migration specialists and project managers Own delivery excellence across multiple migration engagements, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget Act as the primary liaison between the Data Migration team and the Sales organization, supporting pre-sales activities Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in data migration, data management, or enterprise implementation services 3+ years of experience managing teams and complex projects Demonstrated experience partnering with Sales in a services or consulting environment Strong understanding of data migration concepts and methodologies Experience working with large enterprise or Fortune 500 customers
