Key Responsibilities Serve as a point of escalation for complex client issues and manage a partial caseload of tickets Provide guidance and mentorship to Client Support Specialists while monitoring team performance metrics Identify process inefficiencies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in a customer support or client success role, preferably in a SaaS environment Prior experience mentoring or coaching peers and leading support initiatives Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk or Salesforce Service Cloud Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
