A company is looking for an International Corporate Contractor - Talent Recruiter. Key Responsibilities : Identify and select candidates for Independent Contractor roles through active and passive sourcing Conduct interviews and negotiate competitive rates with Independent Contractors Maintain relationships with interpreters and support active interpreters with necessary documentation and updates Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience At least 3 years of direct recruiting experience or experience in the language industry Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft and Google Suite Experience with Apple / Mac Operating System preferred Extensive knowledge of Asian countries and languages
