Key Responsibilities Creation and maintenance of all hiring requisition data Act as the point of contact for new and backfill requisition requests, facilitating approval and creation processes Track and report end-to-end details for all open and in-process hiring Required Qualifications 3-4 years of experience managing high volumes in a similar field 3-4 years of experience with MS Office (Outlook / Excel / Word) and Azure DevOps Ability to manage a high volume of requests efficiently Exercise sound judgment and make well-informed decisions in complex situations Ability to prioritize and work independently with a sense of urgency
