Key Responsibilities Support ongoing execution of the Performance Excellence program, including preparation of materials and communications Assist with the rollout and integration of success profiles for job level expectations and development paths Prepare resources for Talent Review and Succession Planning cycles, coordinating materials and templates Required Qualifications Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Talent Management Working knowledge of talent management programs and processes Project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives Experience with Human Resource Information Systems (ADP preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
