Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for departments requesting training or development support Manage project timelines, milestones, and cross-functional dependencies for training initiatives Support program management for Talent Development offerings, including planning and coordinating sessions and events Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in Talent Development, HR, or project coordination Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related field; or equivalent experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams and Planner Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Experience with digital design tools such as Canva is preferred
