Key Responsibilities Evaluate and maintain development frameworks supporting management capability and career progression Design and deliver targeted training programs aligned with career readiness and leadership development Partner with HR and business leaders to align development efforts with succession planning and business strategy Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred 5+ years of experience in talent development or related specialty Experience in designing and improving development frameworks Ability to evaluate existing approaches and recommend changes Familiarity with learning platforms (LMS) is a plus
