Key Responsibilities Ensure coaches build strong relationships with students and meet performance goals Lead team meetings to identify retention strategies and track performance using data Support coaches in addressing challenges and monitor daily activities for effective engagement Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in customer service, education, or coaching / mentoring programs 3+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams Data-driven mindset with experience using metrics to guide decisions Passion for coaching and helping others succeed Prior teaching experience is a plus
