Key Responsibilities Serve as a product expert for Content Marketing Platform (CMP) and Opal Drive customer adoption and growth through audits, enablement, workshops, and configuration Own project delivery, including scope, timelines, risks, and execution Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in SaaS with exposure to MarTec Working knowledge of AI and its practical applications Strong customer-facing consulting skills for technical and non-technical audiences Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure Experience using CMP or similar platforms is ideal
