A company is looking for a Strategic Solutions Manager, Platform Success. Key Responsibilities Coordinate high-priority, complex projects across clients to solve unique challenges related to account retention, expansion, and performance Interface with cross-functional teams to remove blockers, align priorities, and drive execution of project timelines and deliverables Assist in translating ambiguous challenges into structured problem statements and action plans, while driving client usage of platform features Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree required Four (4) years' experience in building client relationships and tracking towards revenue targets Proven experience in programmatic strategy and hands-on experience with programmatic tools Prior experience working with healthcare clients or within regulated industries is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative in ambiguous environments
