A company is looking for a Strategic Program Management Lead-1. Key Responsibilities Lead design-through-delivery phases of complex functional programs and ensure successful outcomes Coordinate activities and monitor progress to achieve project milestones Collaborate across workstreams to streamline support models and enhance operational efficiency Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources, behavioral science, or related discipline Seven years of work experience in human resources, project management, or strategic development Advanced analytical, organizational, and planning skills Strong experience with financial analysis and reporting for large-scale planning processes Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures, and methodologies
