Key Responsibilities : Manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on retention, growth, and risk management Analyze business spend to identify opportunities for leveraging Commercial or Small Business Cards Build positive relationships with clients and serve as their dedicated point of contact Required Qualifications : At least 5 years of experience in a Business Client facing role Bachelor's Degree or military experience preferred At least 7 years of experience in a Business Client facing role preferred At least 2 years of experience supporting business credit card products preferred 1+ years of experience using Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office, and Google Applications preferred
