A company is looking for a Senior Sales Manager Insurance B2C Outbound (m / w / d) - Remote. Key Responsibilities Conduct sales consultations to convert qualified interest into insurance contracts Identify specific risks and needs of students and graduates to offer tailored insurance solutions Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final policy issuance Required Qualifications Several years of experience in insurance sales, preferably in personal insurance Completed training as an insurance and finance specialist or certification as an insurance specialist (IHK) Proven track record of strong sales success with a metrics-oriented approach Fluent German at a native speaker level is mandatory
