Key Responsibilities Analyze user behavior, marketplace dynamics, and service provider performance to identify growth opportunities Develop predictive models for marketplace matching, pricing optimization, and user retention strategies Create dashboards and reports to monitor key marketplace metrics and present findings to senior leadership Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred) 8+ years of analytical experience in an e-commerce, marketplace, or home services-related field Strong proficiency in SQL and data analysis tools such as Python or R Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker Experience in coaching or mentoring junior team members
