Key Responsibilities Support executive coordination and advisory board governance, including scheduling and meeting preparation Provide strategic planning support and maintain project delivery tracking across regional and global programs Assist in partnership development and resource mobilization, including managing donor calendars and proposal development Required Qualifications 4-8 years of experience in policy, international development, or mission-driven organizations Expertise in project management across multi-stakeholder portfolios Familiarity with financial and budget literacy Ability to work independently in remote teams with evolving priorities Proficiency in key project management applications, including Office or Google Suite
