A company is looking for a Social Media Program Manager to oversee the management of social channels and related efforts. Key Responsibilities Oversee community management by partnering with internal teams and agencies to maintain engagement standards and monitor community health Build and deliver monthly / quarterly performance reports with insights and recommendations Serve as a liaison between internal partner teams, stakeholders, and external agencies for effective collaboration Required Qualifications 5-10 years of experience in program management, digital marketing, or channel operations Strong knowledge of creator / influencer programs, paid media, and community management best practices Proven ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple workstreams Familiarity with tools such as Power BI or Sprinklr is a plus
