A company is looking for a Service Specialist - Training and Incident Response. Key Responsibilities Provide case management and full-cycle case fulfillment for client organizational service requests Assist in the recruitment process for behavioral health providers and maintain provider relationships Document case management activities and ensure accurate data entry for reporting purposes Required Qualifications High school diploma required; BA / BS degree in a related field preferred Experience with Microsoft Suite and Smartsheet programs Professional call center or scheduling experience is a plus Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Must have a reliable internet connection
