A company is looking for a Senior Technical Program Director to oversee product delivery and ensure alignment across teams. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery execution across multiple engineering teams, ensuring clear scope, identified dependencies, and realistic delivery plans Lead daily scrums and facilitate effective communication and alignment across geographically distributed teams Define and enforce Agile processes, ensuring releases follow auditable paths and maintain quality standards Required Qualifications 10+ years in software delivery, with 5+ years leading multi-team technical programs Proven success in implementing and scaling Agile and SDLC discipline in complex environments Strong technical fluency in CI / CD, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms Hands-on experience with GitLab, GitHub Enterprise, or Azure DevOps at an enterprise level Experience working with geographically distributed teams, particularly in the U.S. and India
