A company is looking for a Senior STEM Talent Partner in Healthcare & Science. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for sourcing and engaging applicants from various channels to build talent pipelines Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on strategies to maximize talent pools Oversee the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate correspondence, screening, interview scheduling, and evaluations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field 6+ years of relevant experience, with additional education substituting for experience At least 2 years of experience hiring for healthcare and scientific roles At least 4 years of experience in the federal government, with extensive networks for recruiting Experience with applicant vetting in science and healthcare markets
