Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the link between production needs and supply chain efforts Lead cross-functional monthly IBP Supply Review meetings and oversee inventory management Direct production capacity and collaborate with Purchasing on execution strategies Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, or related fields Additional education and training in Supply Chain Management is strongly desired 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning 4-6 years of experience leading and developing teams Minimum 3 years of experience in an FMCG Supply Chain
