Key Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements for enterprise-level business system solutions Serve as a technical expert and advocate across operations teams and software vendors Create test plans and coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure solution quality Required Qualifications 5+ years of business analysis experience in Salesforce Lead-to-Cash projects Experience in data integrations and transformations across SaaS systems 3+ years of experience with Salesforce CPQ and Zuora Finance System Working knowledge of implementing Lead-to-Cash processes Understanding of data systems and relational databases
