Key Responsibilities Drive and shape the commercial strategy in partnership with the VP of Sales to deliver growth Own key customer relationships and manage day-to-day sales operations for assigned accounts Lead and develop direct reports while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 12+ years of experience within the prestige beauty or related industry Retailer experience with ULTA and Sephora Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis MBA preferred
