Key Responsibilities Build core dashboards, identify process / data gaps, and establish remediation plans Own vendor relationships, tools, and integrations while establishing data quality standards Operationalize Customer Success functions and create rules of engagement between Sales and CS Required Qualifications 6-8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, including building from scratch Strong technical skills with Salesforce and familiarity with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, Python) Experience in data-driven decision-making and comfort with presenting insights to executives Knowledge of RevOps tooling landscape and ability to evaluate technology for scalability Hands-on experience with AI applications in a professional context
