Key Responsibilities Work with 4-6 agencies to set and implement goals and objectives Mentor middle management for career advancement, including new Agency Owner candidates Assist Agency Owners with coaching and correcting deviations from systems or objectives Required Qualifications 10+ years of insurance industry experience College degree preferred Reliable and predictable attendance Ability to work full-time or part-time based on position specifications
