Key Responsibilities Complete standardized technology diligence for all deals and deliver executive-ready reports and risk heatmaps Achieve 95% Day 1 operational readiness across various IT services Deliver post-close integration plans with milestones while meeting scope, schedule, and budget baselines Required Qualifications 10+ years in IT enterprise with 2+ years leading M&A technology diligence and integrations Hands-on experience with Cloud (AWS / GCP / Azure), IAM / Directory, and Networking Strong grounding in security and risk management practices Familiarity with enterprise project tooling Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills
