A company is looking for a Senior Program Manager, Population Health Strategy and Transformation. Key Responsibilities Leads the design and implementation of population health strategy initiatives to improve care coordination and health outcomes Develops business cases and project plans, tracks project status, and assesses risks while ensuring compliance with regulations Establishes performance metrics and monitors program outcomes, making decisions to resolve issues and achieve deliverables Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and program management for health plans In lieu of a degree, 7+ years of experience in a related field Clinical background preferred
