A company is looking for a Senior Program Management Specialist (AvOps). Key Responsibilities Build relationships and identify opportunities for customers while developing solutions for contracts Consult with aviation clients to address complex operational challenges and lead client engagements Collaborate with project managers to create comprehensive program plans and monitor financial status Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 15+ years of related experience or a Master's degree with 12+ years of related experience Minimum 10 years of experience in the airline / aerospace industry 7-10 years in an aviation operations management role, ideally at a director level or above Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring client satisfaction Understanding of industry regulations, primarily EASA and / or FAA
