A company is looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager, New Hardware. Key Responsibilities Provide expertise and analysis on solar and residential energy technologies to enhance product offerings Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including engineers, operations teams, and OEMs Identify new partners and technologies to support strategic hardware initiatives and maintain OEM relationships Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in a technical role related to solar or energy efficiency technologies Experience in the solar industry is required; familiarity with other home efficiency hardware is a plus Ability to analyze technical reports and understand product risks and strengths Experience managing multiple priorities and leading cross-functional teams Contractor's license and / or Electrical license is preferred
