Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Program Office function from the ground up Define governance, standards, and best practices for program management Partner with senior leadership to prioritize and execute strategic initiatives Qualifications 10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare consulting, strategy, or related leadership roles Proven experience in executive-level relationship management and strategic advisory Strong background in experience measurement and management, with expertise in behavioral science practices Demonstrated success in large-scale client implementations across multiple healthcare business lines Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
