A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketer to lead their performance marketing strategy and drive demand generation. Key Responsibilities Develop, own, and communicate the paid marketing strategy, tracking key performance indicators and providing insights to leadership Manage and optimize campaigns across various paid channels, including ad copy refinement and audience targeting Experiment with new channels and collaborate with other marketers to enhance campaign effectiveness and technical execution Required Qualifications Experience across a variety of paid channels with knowledge of PPC, CPM, and ROAS benchmarks Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and attribution tools Ability to adapt strategies based on data insights Experience working in a lean team environment with a modest budget Results-driven mindset and comfort with ambiguity
