Key Responsibilities Mitigate back-end revenue leakage through change management and advanced quantitative analysis Build strong working relationships with client counterparts for problem solving and process improvement Provide value-add feedback to leadership on project plans and respond to ad-hoc client requests Required Qualifications 2-5 years of Revenue Cycle experience or relevant professional experience Proven ability to leverage data analytics for identifying trends and informing strategic initiatives Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel Preferred experience with EPIC PB and knowledge of Epic workflows and configuration Able to effectively navigate Epic Revenue cycle functions
