A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Virtual Card Operations. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) in virtual card payments and define strategies to meet company objectives Lead a high-performing team to deliver on complex projects and exceed defined North Star KPIs Design best-practice workflows and identify opportunities for payments process improvement to drive operational excellence Required Qualifications Subject matter expertise in virtual card payments Experience managing high-performing teams and delivering results that exceed expectations Proven history of designing workflows that enhance operational efficiency Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience Experience with Google Suite and knowledge management systems
