A company is looking for a Senior Manager National Systems Training. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and deliver new hire training on CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems Update training materials and provide ongoing training on system enhancements for field sales teams Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and improve user experience Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree; MBA or related graduate degree preferred Strong command of CRM, Field Reporting, and Business Planning systems Previous experience in a training or coaching role supporting field teams Ability to work in a transforming and ambiguous environment Experience in selecting and managing training vendors
