A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Organization Development. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement organization development strategies aligned with business objectives Collaborate with leaders to identify organizational challenges and create impactful learning solutions Lead change management initiatives and mentor a team of learning and development professionals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred 8-10 years of experience in organization development and learning & development Proven experience in designing and implementing organizational development initiatives Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics Experience with organizational assessment tools and learning management systems is a plus
