Key Responsibilities Ensure high-quality creative strategy outputs meet clarity and performance alignment Manage and coach Creative Strategists to enhance their strategic thinking and execution Establish standards and frameworks for effective creative strategy and testing Required Qualifications 3-5+ years in performance creative or creative strategy roles within DTC, growth marketing, or paid media 1-2+ years of experience managing or leading creative strategists or performance creatives Strong writing and briefing skills across various formats Proven ability to coach and develop team members Deep understanding of the relationship between creative strategy and performance outcomes
