A company is looking for a Senior IRL Engineer (In-Person Marketing Engineer). Key Responsibilities Build and execute a strategy for in-person interactions across various events and experiences Generate sales pipeline and deepen relationships through high-quality in-person interactions Own sponsorship negotiations, event budgets, and coordinate logistics for events Required Qualifications 5+ years in event marketing, field marketing, or experiential marketing at a B2B tech company Experience managing event budgets and driving measurable ROI Data-driven mindset with the ability to link IRL activities to pipeline and revenue Interest in leveraging AI capabilities for event logistics and ROI High ownership mindset with a proven track record of achieving goals
