Key Responsibilities Partner with executive leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives and company growth plans Provide guidance on employee relations and manage performance review processes Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with employment laws Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or related field; master's degree or HR certification preferred 10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in biotechnology or life sciences Experience managing HR operations in a fully remote environment Solid understanding of federal employment laws and HR best practices Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
