A company is looking for a Senior Producer to lead the creation of memorable experiences and ensure successful program delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities Oversee pre-production and on-site execution across multiple projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery Build and maintain strong client relationships, managing all communications regarding production timelines and logistics Manage project budgets, including invoice coordination and vendor payments, while leading and mentoring project teams Required Qualifications 8+ years of event production experience, with at least 2-3 years in a management role Strong knowledge of production roles and cross-departmental workflows Proficiency in Microsoft and Apple applications, as well as project management software Thorough understanding of permitting standards related to event production Ability to work in various weather conditions and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
