A company is looking for a Senior Director, Forecast and Demand Planning. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust demand forecasts to guide supply chain purchasing decisions Manage a team to create channel- and SKU-level forecasts that align with sales targets and financial budgets Run the Demand part of S&OP and ensure alignment across Sales, Supply, Finance, and Operations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in demand planning, forecasting, supply chain management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain planning and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting systems (e.g., OPC, data bricks) Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for innovation
