A company is looking for a Sr. Corporate Training Specialist responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs. Key Responsibilities Develops and delivers targeted training solutions, including onboarding and recurrent training Facilitates courses and evaluates trainee performance readiness, providing targeted feedback Collaborates with training colleagues to ensure alignment with learning goals and training content Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 5+ years of training experience, both virtual and in-person Some previous healthcare industry experience or solid knowledge of the industry Proven ability to apply adult learning best practices in training development and delivery Strong project management skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
