Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deliver training programs using adult learning principles to enhance performance Maintain and update training materials and collaborate with management on development initiatives Evaluate training effectiveness and provide coaching and feedback to staff while monitoring service quality Required Qualifications and Education One plus year of PFML training, mentoring, or processing experience in a claims environment Extensive knowledge of insurance products and processes Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs Demonstrated leadership and analytical abilities focused on continuous process improvement Strong technical proficiency with multiple claims processing systems
