A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Business Alignment. Key Responsibilities Own the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of the OKR framework and cycles Administer and optimize the OKR software / tool, producing status reports and insights Serve as the internal OKR Coach, facilitating alignment sessions and training leaders Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations, or related field 6+ years of experience in business operations, PMO, or similar roles Hands-on experience implementing an OKR or similar performance management program Proven track record of improving processes in a complex environment Experience in healthcare, biotech, or related industries preferred
