Key Responsibilities Develops and maintains cost tracking tools for efficient cost management across projects Evaluates and implements cost management best practices and process improvements Leads project evaluations concerning time, cost, and quality targets, applying governance controls Required Qualifications Ten or more years of experience with engineering cost controls, estimating, planning, and risk assessment for major construction projects Bachelor's degree or higher in business, finance, engineering, or a related technical discipline Seven or more years of experience in the Electric Utility industry Experience overseeing annual and long-term operational plan development for O&M and Capital activities Proficiency in data collection and analysis using internal reporting systems and Business Intelligence tools
