A company is looking for an Associate - SBA Business Development. Key Responsibilities Support the sales team by qualifying leads, preparing SBA loan materials, and managing client communications Assist in gathering and reviewing documentation for SBA loan applications and ensure compliance with SBA guidelines Conduct preliminary credit analysis and support the appraisal process for new loan opportunities Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field preferred 5 or more years of experience in sales support, lending support, or customer service required 3 or more years of SBA Lending support or underwriting experience preferred Proficient in Excel and familiar with standard banking applications Strong organizational skills and proactive support mindset required
