A company is looking for a Delivery Manager, SAP Business One. Key Responsibilities Manage the implementation team, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service Build and nurture client relationships while driving continual improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS) Oversee multiple complex SAP B1 program engagements, monitoring project implementation and resources Required Qualifications University Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related discipline 5-7 years' experience with ERP solutions, preferably SAP B1 SQL and / or HANA Solid experience in Accounting, Information Systems, ERP Project Management, and Team Leadership Minimum 5 years' experience in team management and leading complex projects in a Professional Services / Consulting environment Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to engage and nurture client relationships
