Key Responsibilities Lead and inspire a team of Corporate and Enterprise Account Managers to achieve revenue targets Manage forecasting, pipeline, and regional revenue performance in alignment with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer engagement and drive automation technology adoption Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales with a proven track record in complex B2B deals 3+ years of team leadership or people management experience in the region Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English communication skills Expertise in sales processes such as MEDDIC or MEDPICC and value selling Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets and manage sales pipelines effectively
