A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Analytics and Program Manager. Key Responsibilities Build and track learning metrics and KPIs to measure seller development and sales performance Design and implement customized training experiences based on data and seller needs Collaborate with analysts and partners to foster a culture of shared learning and continuous improvement Required Qualifications Creative problem-solving and adaptability with a focus on effective approaches Strong analytical skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI; experience with Tableau or Python is a plus Insight into motivations of technical sellers and familiarity with global sales organizations Working knowledge of Salesforce and experience with learning platforms like Degreed or Skilljar is advantageous Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant industry experience, or equivalent education and practical experience
