Key Responsibilities Provide regulatory expertise to the Sales Organization regarding state and federal guidelines Perform internal Sales / Marketing compliance reporting and monitoring Lead projects and meetings to achieve Sales compliance objectives Required Qualifications 2-4 years of related compliance work experience Working knowledge of federal and state guidelines pertaining to Sales and Marketing Experience with Sales allegation investigations and policy procedures Ability to create and maintain compliance-related documentation Experience in interpreting and analyzing regulatory manuals and specifications
